Alex Clokey is at the helm at Quarterback for powerhouse Silverton High School for his senior season. Alex is leading the State 5A Teams in passing and TDs half way through the 2011 season. Head Coach John Mannion 925-963-5904, is impressed with the talent of his QB. Extremely quick feet and great mechanics with an accurate arm make him a major threat on the offensive side of the ball. Alex is also a starter at Strong Safety reading opposing Quarterbacks and putting his leadership skills to work on both sides of the ball. Alex attended the Bob Johnson Quarterback Camp in Southern California where he received very high praise from Coach Johnson as one the Quarterbacks on the west coast to watch. Along with a solid 3.25 GPA Alex is involved in community service projects. He is planning on earning a college degree in math or science. BW
