Scouting Comments Branden Myers is developing into a strong Quarterback and overall athlete determined to continue the state championship tradition established at West Albany High School. Starting at the JV Quarterback position Branden worked out with the Varsity as QB getting some game reps and learning the system. Coach Don Lein used Brandens talent at cornerback stating "Branden sees the field so well and is able to close quickly on the ball. He is a very coachable young man and a committed, talented athlete with skills to play quarterback, safety or both". Branden started varsity basketall as a sophomore with a strong inside game. He volunteers his time in his church, with youth football and helps at the Boys / Girls Club. Branden is committed to developing into the best student athlete and leader he can become and is seeking to make a strong impression on college coaches tracking his progress. Branden is a positive, confident, quiet leader with a strong will, a faith driven person and passionate about his goals. BW |
