Scouting Comments Hello, my name is Lenzie Jackson and I am a former wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). I am a graduate of Arizona State University and have played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, and Pittsburgh Steelers. I also spent four years in the Arena Football League as a wide receiver. I have had the pleasure of working with senior wide receiver Billy Johnson III on and off the field for the past two years. Over this past year I have witnessed Billy mature and develope into an excellent wide receiver and student of the game. I am amazed at Billy~~~s dedication and work ethic. In my opinion, he has all of the attributes of a great wide receiver. He runs excellent routes, has extremely reliable hands and is fearless when catching the ball in crowds. He is also a very unselfish player who is very coachable. Billy is focused and has dedicated his off season to increasing his speed and sharpening his skills and there is no doubt in my mind that he will have a great senior season and go on to play at the next level.Head Football Coach Gary Venturo 480-752-8886/gventuro.cds@tuhsd.k12.az.us. I enjoy every single aspect of football, the pain of training, the feeling the winning, the challenge of the game, and the team chemistry you need to win a game. Before every game I try to visualize my routes against all of the different coverage’s the other team runs, and how the cornerback is going to be guarding me and how I can find a weakness in their defense.
